  • Data is stored only on your device. Speech records, videos, and settings are never automatically sent to our servers or cloud services.
  • The App does not obtain your payment information. Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and card details are never stored by this App.
  • Backups are encrypted. Backup files are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Your passkey is not stored on the device or on our servers — if it is lost, restoration is not possible.
  • We have no means to provide your data to third parties unless you perform a sharing action. All data is stored only on your device — we have no server-side access or mechanism to share it externally.
  • You can manage and delete your own data. All data can be deleted in the App or by uninstalling it.

4. Storage Location and Management Method​

4-1. On-Device Storage by Default​

Speech records, videos, and settings information in the App are generally stored only on the user's device. They are not automatically uploaded to our servers or cloud services.

4-2. Sharing Backup Files​

When the backup feature is used, backup files are stored on the device. If the user performs a sharing action, backup files may be sent to external apps, services, or devices.

4-3. Passkey Management​

Backup file encryption uses a passkey set by the user. The passkey is not stored on the device or on our servers. If it is lost, restoration is not possible.

5. External Services and Third-Party Provision​

  • Purchases and management of Premium features use the billing systems of Apple App Store or Google Play
  • We do not provide data to third parties except when the user performs a sharing action
  • Because all speech records, videos, and similar data are stored only on your device, we have no means to collect, view, or analyze them

7. Data Retention and Deletion​

  • Because data is not stored on our servers, deletion handling by us generally does not occur

8. Notes on Handling Children's Information​

  • When sharing, backup files or shared images may contain information about your child
  • The App is intended to be used under responsible management by a guardian or similar responsible adult
  • Please take sufficient care with passkeys and transmission to sharing destinations

9. Revisions​

This Policy may be revised due to changes in laws and regulations or additions or changes to App features. If there are important changes, we will notify users in the App or on the store page.
